Questions
How much does it
cost? The meals are $18.00 per meal for
adults and $9.00 additional for a
half portion for children.
How do I
pay? We take Mastercard, Visa, American Express,
Checks and Cash. If you pay by check or cash, it should be received
by the Saturday prior to delivery. Most of our clients just include
a check in the empty ice chest they are returning.
What does each meal
include? Each meal includes an entree and
appropriate side dishes to complete that meal.
What if I don't like
the vegetable that comes with an entree I do like?
If you told us you don't like that vegetable on your
preferences questionnaire, we'll automatically make a
substitution. If you didn't mention it earlier, let us know by email
or phone and we'll make a substitution.
What is "stay fresh"
packaging and how does it work? The air is
eliminated from your food to make it both "stay
fresh" longer, minimize transportation problems
and eliminate any possibility that your food will get that
"leftover" taste.
How long will my
food last? We guarantee your food will be fresh and
tasty for at least four days. We encourage you to eat the fish
first, however.
Do I need to be home
for delivery? No. Actually, our
deliveries go much faster if we do not have to coordinate a
delivery time.
When do you
deliver? We deliver between 3:00 and 6:00 on Monday
and on Thursday.
When does my order
need to be in? Our subscription clients never
need to order. We take care of that task for them. However, if you
order on a weekly basis, your order should be placed by Saturday,
midnight for the following week's delivery.
What is a subscription
client? Our subscription clients are
those who tell us that they want a certain number of meals each
week. We know what they like and make up the meals to meet
their likes and dislikes. They don't have to do
anything except sit back and enjoy.
What if I forget to
order? If you are a regular client, we'll email you
to remind you. If you still didn't get around to sending your order,
just call us and we'll do our best to work you in.
